Coding with hour of code

We have been using hour of code today to write algorithms to help Elsa skate.

Lauren got down to repeat instructions!

Lily learned to debug her program, which means she learned to put it right when it didn't quite do what she wanted!

Sam and George learned this too!

Sophie learned how the repeat command works and Hope got all the way down to level 8 on her own! She showed her great reading skills and how she tried things out. Fabulous!

Isla thought this was 'Awesome!' What do you think?

Amazing learning@home!

What can I say?! Despite this being a very busy term with performances and parties, Class 2 children have still made the time to work with their families and produce some incredible work to show their learning. Here is a small selection of the work that has arrived. We have almost created London in our art room! My socks have been blown off again! Well done class 2!

Fire engines

Here are some of our finished fire engines. Aren't they marvellous?!

What a lovely surprise!

Whilst I was out of class this afternoon some lovely little fairies must have been in and decorated it! How wonderful!

Look at the wonderful decorations on the tree.

Who's that hiding underneath?!
